About your retreat accommodation
Imagine absolute privacy, 1000 feet above sea level with 360 degree views of the Whitsunday Islands and Coral Coast. Parc Exclusif is your ultimate playground. You can arrive via helicopter, limousine airport transfer or by hire car. Privately land or lift off from the helipad and within minutes you can see the Great Barrier Reef & 74 Islands. Seclusion comes naturally as the property has no close neighbours, only ocean and tropical forest. Our 24/7 concierge service can arrange any deliveries, private chef or helicopter tours.
This family home was originally designed by architect Chris Beckingham. Three bedrooms have a king bed, sofa bed and ensuite. There is an additional queen bed in study with two desks.
You have access to the entire top area of the hill and there is a helipad if you prefer to arrive by helicopter. Your retreat is on the top of the mountain at the very end of the driveway entering from the Chesapeake Estate entrance. If you’re arriving by hire car, you will meet another car at the gate entrance and follow behind your host’s car. If you’re flying into Proserpine Airport and need a transfer, your host’s luxury van driver can pick you and your luggage up directly from the airport. There are 6 seats in this vehicle. If you would like to arrive by helicopter to our private helipad please let us know and we can arrange a pilot to pick you up from various locations. The property is large, being on a 50 acre block, and guest services or onsite property management is only a phone call or message away.
The property has security cameras located at the front gate and outside around the property, and you will have full access to these cameras for your own security and self management.

Situated in Airlie Beach, Parc Exclusif has 360 island views from a mountain top. Accommodation includes a private pool, a balcony and sea views. This holiday home features free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The holiday home has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Boasting a PS4, the spacious holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms with a hot tub and a bath. The house is air conditioned and has a terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. For those times when you’d rather not dine out, you can choose to have groceries delivered. Guests at the holiday home can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Coral Sea Marina is 8.6 km from Parc Exclusif, Airlie Beach – 360 island views from a mountain top, while Whitsunday Art Gallery is 12 km from the property. The nearest airport is Hamilton Island Airport, 27 km from the accommodation.
