What is bikram yoga? 

Bikram yoga sequence consists of twenty -six Hatha Yoga postures and two pranayama breathing exercises. It is conducted in a heated room designed to provide a challenging, therapeutic and unique yoga experience.  A series of 26 postures & two breathing exercises. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints. Always preparing the body for the next posture.  This sequence is designed also to stimulate the organs, glands and nerves moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body helping to restore, renew, revitalise. All systems to healthy working order. Scientifically designed this 90 or 60 min sequence will work every part of your body -inside out from your bones to skin, fingers to your toes. 


Power Vinyasa Yoga

Power vinyasa yoga can be a dynamic style of yoga or slow flow Yin Yang creating heat in your body Moving from posture to posture with focus on breath control alignment and mindfulness. 

Creating vitality and energising your body and mind, building strength, flexibility and promotes health and wellbeing.  

Consider it your “dance of the day”. 


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a very slow, calm and meditative practice.  

It relies on long holds from 1 minute to 20 mins, promoting deep relaxation but challenging for mind body and soul. 

The focus is mostly on the lower body targeting the bones & joints, hips, pelvis inner thighs and entire spine to release compression and connective tissues flow (fascia) creating more fluid and mobility in the joints rather than focusing on the muscles and heating the body like yang practices.


L.S.D. Yoga (Long Slow Deep Yoga)

This sequence was designed by Bryan Kest and combines elements of yang poses to deep yin poses with no less than one minute holds. 

For deep deep connective tissue and joint release leaving you feeling HIGH on life relaxed and happy.

Sivananda Hatha Yoga

This style of yoga is from the traditional ancient model of Hatha yoga deep from the south of India covering all the elements and traditions of hatha yoga. 

It incorporated mindfulness and meditation for relaxation.

Designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance muscles through an effective mind-body connection.

The sequence begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for a safe effective experience, each muscle is then maximum capacity and is stretched to achieve a long lean muscle. The sequence ends with deep abdominal work where the muscle is worked in a concave fashion while lengthening and stretching the muscles of the spine. 

This class is orthopedically designed for a safe and effective way to lengthen the muscles of the body while increasing core stability. It’s also fun with motivating music.

Class durations : 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins. 


Inferno (Hot) Pilates (HIIT)

Inferno pilates is a training system which combines pilates principles with high intensity interval training (HIIT). It is suitable for all levels of ability. 

It’s an intense full body work out designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. It is designed to create lean long muscle mass, burn fat and improves circulation whilst increasing flexibility. 

Hot pilates is zero impact which which protects your joints and muscles from the pounding of running or the forms of exercises.  It’s perfect for injured bodies. 

Boost your metabolism and promote more fat burn.  

This is a fun class with upbeat motivating music and can be performed in or out of a heated room. I can design a class for your mind and body needs regardless of age or any existing injuries.
